Twin Martinet Style Floggers
These classic style martinet floggers were made as a pair so they are weighted just right for double flogging. They are lovely and light to play with, delivering a sharp painful sting which can be quite vicious.

Total length 62cm of which of which 43cm are the falls
Each Cat has 20 3mm x3mm oiled leather falls.
