Bungie Floggers
Both of these floggers have been made with the same material used in bungie cords. It is an extremely resilient and elastic material, similar to rubber in feel.

The top flogger has a plastic handle made from perspex, whilst the bottom has a wrapped plastic handle.

Both of these floggers deliver a stingy blow and used in the right places (groin and breasts) have a similar effect to a multiple pinwheels on the flesh. Due to the material it is possible to swing them in a rotational movement, so delivering many hits a second. These are great for sensual play.

Top flogger total length 51cm of which 34cm are the falls.
Bottom flogger total length 43cm of which 23cm are the falls.
